Payment methods

The payment choices currently offered for an order are displayed at checkout. Accepted methods can vary by destination, checkout currency, device and the payment services available at the time of purchase.

Please use only the payment methods displayed by our Shopify checkout to pay for an order.

Payment authorization and verification

Payments may be subject to authorization, risk assessment, identity verification and fraud-prevention checks by our payment providers or financial institutions. A card issuer can decline a transaction or temporarily hold an authorization amount.

A temporary pending authorization is not always a completed charge; your financial institution controls the time it takes to release pending funds.

Checkout and transaction security

Our website uses Shopify’s commerce infrastructure and applicable payment processors for checkout and payment handling. Veloraoak™ does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its own servers.

We will never ask you to send a complete payment-card number, CVV, banking password or account password in an email.

Prices and final order total

Store prices are ordinarily displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Before submitting payment, review your items, quantities, shipping destination, any taxes, applicable shipping fees, promotional discounts and the checkout total.

Any shipping charges are shown during checkout. The final amount and payment currency appear before you confirm the order.

Bank and currency-conversion charges

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply separate foreign-exchange, international transaction or currency-conversion fees. Such fees are set by those providers and are not included as Veloraoak™ shipping charges.

Discounts and promotional offers

If you have a valid discount code, enter it during checkout and confirm that it is applied before completing payment. Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility limits, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum purchase requirements stated with the offer.

Declined, duplicate or disputed transactions

If your payment fails, confirm the checkout details or contact your financial institution. If you notice a possible duplicate completed charge or an incorrect amount, email our support team with your order number and non-sensitive transaction details.

Please do not email full card credentials. We will review transaction records and work with relevant payment providers where appropriate.

Order confirmation

After a successful checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address submitted at checkout. We may require payment verification or inventory checks before an order enters fulfillment.

Please contact support promptly if your confirmation appears incorrect.

Refund method and timing

Eligible approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the relevant return is received, inspected and approved, or after another applicable refund determination.
