Veloraoak™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Shuiliu Trading Co., Ltd.. This policy covers personal information collected when you browse veloraoak.com, place an order, contact customer care, or interact with store services and applicable advertising.

We handle customer information for store operation, transactions, support, security and compliance with the rules applicable to the activity.

Personal information we collect

• Contact and identification information such as name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address.
• Transaction records such as products ordered, order number, payments, shipping, returns, refunds and communications about an order.
• Optional customer-account information and preferences, when account features are used.

We do not store complete customer payment-card numbers on our own servers.

Information comes directly from you when you shop, submit details or contact us; automatically through necessary website operation and, where applicable, analytics or advertising technologies; or from service providers involved in payment, shipping, fulfillment, risk detection and customer support.

Shopify platform and payment services

Our store operates on Shopify. Shopify and applicable payment services process information needed to host the storefront, operate checkout, authorize payments and support order management. Relevant provider privacy terms and security arrangements apply to their own processing.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete and administer orders, handle disputes and refunds, support customers, keep accounting and tax records, operate services and meet legal duties. Email service@veloraoak.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Explain the right you wish to exercise and enough information for us to identify the affected order or account.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity. Do not send full payment-card numbers, account passwords or other highly sensitive credentials by regular email. Authorized representatives may contact us where permitted by law.

Customer communications and marketing choices

We send messages needed to administer purchases, deliveries, security, refunds and customer-service requests. When marketing messages are sent on a lawful basis, recipients can opt out using the instructions in those messages or by contacting customer support.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent essential order or security emails.

Security safeguards

We use reasonable organizational, administrative and technical steps intended to protect personal information and restrict access to appropriate personnel and service providers.

No internet-based method of storage or transmission is guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you suspect an account or payment security issue.
